Leon and Claire have an unusual relationship that is not categorized as anything other than a friendship for the moment. Although through out RE:2 and RE: Darkside Chronicles, Leon and Claire show huge amounts of trust in each other. In Darkside Chronicles the two protagonists show huge amounts of devotion in each other; not wanting to separate from each other for a moment despite Ada's presence.

Leon has been linked to many character's throughout the games and in Degeneration but he remains available for whatever Claire needs. The two share a really good partnership throughout the stories.
