The Lighter (ライター raitā) is an item in Resident Evil 2.
Purpose
Edit
- Used in the Operations conference room to obtain the Red Jewel.
- Used in the Press Room to obtain the Gold Cogwheel.
- Used in the Sleeping Quarters A to burn the Vines in the air duct.
LocationEdit
Leon starts with one as his standard item while Claire finds one in the Waiting Room 2F in scenario "A" and in the Reference Room in scenario "B". This lighter seems to have the RPD logo on the side.
Further notesEdit
- When Leon examines it in the Demo version of the game, it will say "A Zippo lighter. The initials "L.K." are engraved on it".
