During Late November, Sheena Island felt the sting of the T-virus much as Raccoon City had experiences months before. Lily and her brother Lott are one of the few survivors along with their parents whom fall under the effects of the T-virus. Lott takes it upon himself to protect his sister in their parents stead, locating her in an Umbrella facility untouched by the hordes of zombies as he attempts to find help and, most importantly, an escape. Lily, bored of waiting begins to play with the computer nearby activating a voice recording of [[Vincent Goldman]]'s mother. [[Ark Thompson]], believing himself to be Vincent becomes confused and approached Lily in hopes of getting some answers, Lily becomes frightened but manages to escape with Lott when he appears and attacks Ark. After escaping the two make their way to their home, Lott hides Lily in their room within a closet as he continues to search for a way to escape. Ark comes across Lily, gaining her trust as he goes in search of Lott who has found himself confronted by a Hunter. When an escape route is found, Lott returns to Lily and accompanies her to a helicopter which they use to escape from the Tyrant stalking them. |

Lily Klein is the daughter of some of the Umbrella workers on Sheena Island.
Biography
Lott Klein's little sister, Lily is young, curious and timid. She cares deeply about her brother but also worries about his well being relying on Ark to help him. She appears infrequently, usually hiding in a safe area waiting for Lott to return to take her away.
