This is a list of all the survivor encounters in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.

Jack Street survivor

At the beginning of the game, when Jill is passing the first time by the business area of Jack Street, she will hear a man screaming in pain. Following the sound, she heads to the alleyway that leads to the backdoor of Bar Jack only to find out that the man is dead, being be devoured by two zombies.

When the two zombies sees Jill, they will lose interest on the man's corpse and attack Jill. If you wait some time in the area (around 60 seconds) the dead man will stand up now as a zombie and attack Jill.

Fission Street fleeing girl

After leaving the Warehouse, if you re-enter on the store area of the Fission Street by the backdoor of Bar Jack, Jill will hear a woman screaming "Help!" in despair.

Following the sound, you will see a young woman running away from two zombies that are chasing her. If you follow her at the front of the passage to Warehouse, it's possible to hear her screaming "No...!" and the scream is suddenly interrupted. Entering the passage, you will find her dead body besides a zombie, suggesting it killed her.

It's impossible to save the girl in the Fission Street as the two zombies are too fast. However, you can end the game without seeing this scene. Also, the girl's dead corpse texture is used as a template for female zombies.

Screaming UBCS mercenary

When Jill enters the cross of the Ennerdale Street and Warren Street for the first time, she will hear distant gunshots and a male voice screaming "No!". Both the voice and the gunshots stop shortly after suggesting the man has been killed.

When Jill goes to the front of the Downtown Parking Lot, besides the crashed bus, she find a zombie dog leaving a mercenary's corpse who has been bitten on the neck, suggesting that he was the one shooting before being be killed by the dog. You can pick-up a Gun Powder B of the mercenary's dead body.
