Lithographic Stone D is a key item that appears in Resident Evil 4.
Purpose[]
The item is required to solve a puzzle within the Bindery which opens a secret passage. The Lithographic Stone D must be used alongside with two other lithographic stones: the Lithographic Stone B and the Lithographic Stone C.
Location[]
The Lithographic Stone D is located in a wooden display case behind a glass window that Leon has to break in order to add the item to the inventory.
