Liu Bin (Chinese: 刘彬; Pinyin: Liú bīn) is a Chinese voice actor known for providing the voice of Mikhail Victor in the Chinese dub of Resident Evil 3.[1] He also provided the voice of Leonardo and "HQ" in Resident Evil Village.[2]
