Liver Replica (Left) is a key item in Resident Evil: Revelations 2.

Purpose
The Liver Replica (Left) is to be fitted into a statue of the Roman god Prometheus to allow entry into a building.
Location
The liver can be obtained from the meat grinder machine inside the slaughterhouse. Player must use the Slaughterhouse Key to enter the area.
