Louise (d. 1 October 1998) was a civilian resident of Raccoon City and a waitress at Emmy's Diner. Louise ran late night shifts at the diner, where her regular customers included cops getting ready for work. She was killed during the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident.[1]
Biography[]
Born in Raccoon City, Louise saw the city expand rapidly after Umbrella set-up corporate offices there, and in 1998 saw its bust as the company relocated to Tall Oaks. In September of that year, the city's drinking water was contaminated with T-virus, infecting Louise and much of the town who began to slowly display symptoms of Cannibal Disease. Despite experiencing regular bleeding from her eyes, Louise was reluctant to contact a doctor and continued with her work.[1]
Louise's condition worsened on 30 September as she reached its late stages. Although a tannoy urged residents to remain indoors, Louise was seen wandering out of the diner at midnight with a dishevelled look, displaying bloodshot eyes and cuts along her face either from an attack or self-harm. Around 2am Louise wandered over to the Raccoon Police Station where she tried to gain entry at the front gate with others suffering from Cannibal Disease. She was killed on the morning of 1 October when the city was struck by a nuclear missile.[1]
