Louise Sullivan (ルイス・サリバン Ruisu Sariban) was a tourist from Manchester, United Kingdom. She stayed at the Apple Inn Hotel in Raccoon City alongside her younger sister, Amy.[1][2][3]

Louise was born in Manchester, United Kingdom, and was raised alongside her younger sister, Amy. Their mother died in an accident some time prior to the fire at the Apple Inn Hotel.

Louise’s name (ルイス) is mistranslated as "Lewis" in CAPCOM’s official English localization. However, in the Guest Memo 1 file, Amy refers to her as "姉" (ane), meaning "older sister," indicating that ルイス is intended to be female.
