Lucia Rosso (ルチア・ロッソ ruchia rosso)[1] was an American civilian who was present in Raccoon City during the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident. When the city fell to rioting brought on by Cannibal Disease, Rosso was grabbed by rioters, torn apart and eaten in front of her father, Dario.
