M37 Parts A (Ｍ３７パーツＡ M37 pātsu A) is a customizable set of parts for the Western Custom M37 in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.

It is combined with the M37 Parts B to form the Western Custom M37.

This item is dropped by Nemesis after Jill Valentine defeats it for the fourth time in a non-obligatory battle in Hard Mode.
