Man B was a resident of Arklay County, living in a suburban settlement on the outskirts of Raccoon City. In September 1998 he was infected by a modified Epsilon t-Virus strain which had contaminated the water. The night he was infected, he bore witness to the burning down of a neighbour's house.[1]
