Man-Spider was an enemy from the initial version of Resident Evil 2, Biohazard 1.5 The model was finished but scrapped when the game was done. However, the textures for it were left within the internal code of the Resident Evil 2 Preview Disc that came with Resident Evil: Director's Cut. As for the model itself, one of the 1.5 trailers features infected William Birkin being charged at by one and he grabs it holding it over his head.
