Mansion bathroom zombie (tentative) is a cutscene in Resident Evil.

Plot[]

After pulling the plug out of a bathtub, a Zombie reaches its arm out to grab Jill Valentine. She kills the man with a stomp to the head as he climbs out onto the floor. The sight and smell forces her to vomit in a nearby toilet.
