Mark and David is a cutscene in Resident Evil Outbreak. It is played during the "Decisions, Decisions" scenario under certain conditions. The conditions are that the player is on Online mode (and therefore cannot be in Europe) and both Mark and David beat Thanatos, but are still infected with the t-Virus. Completing the level with this ending earns the player 50 points.[1]
Plot[]
Still infected, Mark and David stay behind, knowing they'll be a danger to others if they left. With David's help, they successfully manage to get the tank found in the courtyard functioning again. With little time left, David takes the machine gun while Mark drives, charging into a horde of zombies for their final stand.

Mark (monologue): "I've decided to stay here."
"Escape's not for me; I'm a carrier.
David (monologue): "The decision to stay was simple."
"I can't go with an infected body. No regrets."
David King: "Alright."
Mark Wilkins: "Good."
David King: "I'll finish this."
Mark (monologue): 「俺は残ることにした」
「逃げられはしない」
「感染者である以上は…」
David King: 「いいぞ」
Mark Wilkins: 「よし…」
David King: 「終わらせてやる」
