Matt Smith (マット・スミス Matto Sumisu) was a Raccoon City citizen and an employee of the Raccoon Zoo. He was given a "B" rating in his August 1998 employee evaluation.[1] He is believed dead following the contamination of Raccoon City with a modified ε strain.
