McGoohan was a Special Operations Agent (SOA) within the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance.

McGoohan was on familiar terms with fellow SOA, Holiday Sugarman. When a BSAA mission in Übelandia came up, Holiday unsuccessfully suggested McGoohan participate in his place.[1]
