Mega Man was a fictional multimedia comic book franchise. In Raccoon City, the toy store Toy Uncle had a display set up for the franchise, selling action figures of Mega Man (at buy 1, get 50% off) & wearable helmets, as well as featuring a lifesize model display of the character.[1][2]

Mega Man is, of course, based on Capcom's acclaimed video game series of the same name. However, this specific version is a direct reference to the notorious box art for the first game in NTSC regions, known as Bad Box Art Mega Man. This variant of the character has became an infamous meme within the wider gaming community, to the point that Capcom officially acknowledged it by including the character as a bonus fighter in the PlayStation ports of Street Fighter ✕ Tekken and has referenced the meme several times in Mega Man Universe.
