Memorial Park was a public park in Raccoon City, Pennsylvania. It was located in-between the St. Michael Clock Tower and an Umbrella facility on the city outskirts. During the Raccoon City outbreak, the support behind Operation Watchdog set up a receiver station in a shed in this park, where Watchdogs could visit in order to report on their findings.[1]
