I realize I might be asking for trouble but I'd just like like to know why the weapons I linked into the main category had been removed. All artillery should be categorized into the main page as well as their respective appearance places. I apologize if I sound rude in any way but I just want it clear.
What? Why would that be asking for trouble? It's because pages don't need both tags for a sub and its paretns categories. A weapons taggged as "Resident Evil weapons" doens't need "Weapons" because the first tag is a sub of that, so you already know its a weapon. So really they are not suppose to be categorized into the main page at all. And no that's not rude to ask.
Thanks for the clear-up; diplomacy was never one of my strengths so I the first thought that occured to me was that I might be making an outburst and giving the hint of causing trouble. Thank you for your time, I leave in peace (salute).
No problem, its better you ask. =P better to learn from eachother you know? and say hi once in a while lol keep up good work but if you are unsure about something ask around or check with someone on chat.
Roger on that; also, I made a "Deadliest Warrior" type of battle on a fan-based wiki I'd like you to see. I'll be advertising by blog on here as well as that of their opponent if authorization is allowed.
I'm going to have to say no to that. Quotes on the top of the page should be left for quotes. Because Examine Description is consistant information, it should have its own section. It also looks awkward for weapon's with 2 descriptions like the RE3 Handgun. I was actually thinking that section can also be where we put Merchant Descriptions for RE4 guns too. The quote box at the top of the page should be used for actual verbal quotes, that are not essential to the article. So I guess you can add a quote that references the gun i.e. "I have this!" - Barry's refering to his magnum or "Use this!" - Ada giving Leon a rocket Launcher in RE4
Hello sir sorry to bother you, but are you REALY sure that Agent guy is not Hunk? I mean the guy wears a gas mask and black suit and he have the infamous neckbreaking move from hunk, how he can't be him?oh and sorry for my bad english! Tesshu (talk) 04:36, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
You go onto residentevil.net and you can take part in the scratch card game. How it works is that you click on three of any of the blank circles on a picture of a monster. Depending on the percentage you get on that picture, you'll get a character/monster diorama or a piece of scenery for the dioramas on the site. So, if you click on the head or the torso, you might get 10 or 20% while other parts might be higher or lower. I don't know if there's really a strategy for it, it all seems radomized. (It's too bad that you can only do it once a day) :P
The character and creature dioramas include biographical information next to the picture of the piece you were just rewarded.
I was thinking of designing an info box for the RE.net Collectables so "type" would have been Diorama Figure/Diorama Stage/Icon/Background/Costume I guess. Unless we just need one for the figures then "type" isn't really needed.
Also makes sense to distinguish between the two games.
