Michael Guthrie was a Texan-born member of Raccoon City's S.T.A.R.S. police unit. He was known for wearing a cowboy hat, with which stood him out in crowds. During the 2002 viral outbreak, Michael was based on top of Grady's Inn, from which he was noticed by the Nemesis and promptly killed.[1]
