Mike (マイク maiku) was a member of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance, with the responsibility of chief information analyst in its West Africa Branch. In early 2009, he was sceptical as to data implicating Plagas in escalating violence in Kijuju, requiring the intervention of other senior BSAA members to further the investigation.[1]
