The Detention Center Map is a map item in Resident Evil: Revelations 2, it unveils locations of the Mines in the mini-map.
Location
Immediately after getting out of the elevator that leads to the mines, enter the room on the left side, the map is on a table to the left of the room, next to the Poisonous Gas Warning file.
