Minigame

Mini-games are common in CAPCOM games of the 90s and later. They are featured throughout the Resident Evil game series; a large portion of mini-games are unlocked after completion of the main game.

After beating a mini-game, the player may be awarded with:

• Extra Weapons;
• Extra Costumes;
• Infinite Ammo;

So far, two of the mini-games are side-stories to the main events of the series. Thus leaving the rest completely non-canon.

Resident Evil 0

• Leech Hunter - Non-canon.

Resident Evil

• Battle Game - Featured in the SEGA Saturn port only - non-canon;
• One Dangerous Zombie - Featured in the Nintendo GameCube and Nintendo Wii REmake - non-canon.

Resident Evil: Deadly Silence

• Master of Knifing - Non-canon;
• Multiplayer via multi-card: Versus and Co-operative modes - Non-canon.

Resident Evil 2

• The Fourth Survivor - Canon;
• The Tofu Survivor - Non-canon; (but this technically is basically the same as The Forth Survivor with the only differences being your playing as a piece of Tofu and you're only armed with a combat knife to kill with, 2 Green Herb's, and 1 Blue Herb.
• Extreme Battle - Featured in Resident Evil 2: Dual Shock, SEGA Dreamcast, PC and Nintendo GameCube versions - non-canon.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis

• The Mercenaries - Operation: Mad Jackal - Non-canon.

Resident Evil Code: Veronica

• Battle Game - Non-canon

Resident Evil 4

• The Mercenaries - Non-canon;
• Separate Ways - Canon;
• Assignment: Ada - Non-canon.

Resident Evil 5

• The Mercenaries/Reunion - Non-canon;
