"Monitored" is a cutscene in Resident Evil 0.[1]
Plot[]
Taking the elevator to its lowest level, Rebecca Chambers is observed by the Mysterious Beautiful Man from a surveillance camera monitor (which is covered in mucus due to the leeches slithering around it). He is tired of Rebecca and her allies investigating and plans to end it, while also toying with one of his leeches. He also mentions that once they were out of the way, nothing will get in the way of his revenge plans.
