Mr. Grey was an employee of the Umbrella Corporation who worked in The Hive. When Spence Parks spread the Tyrant virus, he, along with Ella Fontaine, was trapped in an elevator. It is unknown if he died because of the Tyrant virus or something happened to him inside the elevator.
