These B.O.W.s were directly inspired by El Gigante, a similar product created by the Spanish paramilitary, Los Iluminados.[1] The B.O.W.s are named after a man-eating demon found in Central African folklore.[2] Tricell provided Ndesu with spiked bracelets to be used as weapons, and one Ndesu in particular is known to have adorned his belt with battlefield trophies such as skulls and corpses of the recently deceased.
