Norshteyn was a 19th-century craftsman who settled in the Village after leaving his homeland.
Biography[]
Norshteyn was a 19th-century craftsman who was branded a heretic in his homeland, and eventually left it though whether this was willingly or not is unknown. Eventually stumbling upon and settling in the Village he created four unique labyrinth puzzles, that each had its own specially crafted metal balls that was needed to solve them. After completing the labyrinths Norshteyn then took his own life. Within in each labyrinth however lays the supposed crystallized remains of one of Norshteyn's four beloved wives with each labyrinths acting as the grave for one of them.[1]
