The Ogroman[1] is a creature created by the C-Virus. It appears during Chris Redfield and Jake Muller's campaigns in Eastern Europe as well as on an aircraft carrier in China's waters in Resident Evil 6. Its names comes from the combinations of "Ogre" meaning "Terrible" and "-man" as sufix  .

One of these is encountered by Chris and his partner, Piers Nivans, during their mission in Edonia. Eventually the operatives force the creature to retreat. Later when Chris and Piers encounter Jake and government agent Sherry Birkin, the four of them must fight one transported by the J'avo, whilst destroying three anti-aircraft guns, After destroying two of the guns, the Ogroman that was driven off earlier reappears. After killing one of the B.O.W.s and disabling all the guns, the second beast is killed by an airstrike.

Another Ogroman is later encountered by Chris and Piers on the deck of Neo-Umbrella's aircraft carrier. It was released to prevent them disabling the missiles aimed at Lanshinag but Chris managed to distract it long enough for Piers to deactivate the missiles. This Ogroman was presumably killed when the aircraft carrier was destroyed.

Biology

The creature is about 30 feet tall and has a massive underbite. There's a device on its back, attached to its internal organs. When this device is pulled out, it serves as a weak spot as the creature is otherwise almost impervious to attacks. This is stated in a message to the BSAA from HQ.

After suffering large amounts of damage, the Ogroman with kneel against the side of a building with its arm resting on the platform. At that point, the player is able to jump onto the creature's back and pull out a couple of its spikes out of its body. They will then violently shove the spike into the exposed organ of the Ogroman.

The Ogroman has amazing strength, and it will use that to try to kill the player. It can stomp, fall flat on the ground, pick up players and try squeezing them to death, or even picking up vehicles the size of buses and tossing them at the player or destroy mounted gun turrets.

The creature seems to be of human origin, but if it is the result of multiple humans, formed in one body, or something similar to the El Gigante is currently unknown.

When the Ogroman is killed, it will ooze into mixture of flesh and fluids. If the player gets near, their character will pull up their arm over their face, possibly because of a horrible stench, also the player's health will run out when they get close.
