The Oil Additive (オイル添加剤 Oiru tenka-zai) is a key item in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
Purpose[]
It can be combined with the Machine Oil to make the Mixed Oil. Obtaining this item triggers a Zombie attack on the building (the cutscene Zombies Trespassing is played when Jill returns).
As this item is the part of the Mixed Oil, it disappears from the inventory after mixing it with Machine Oil.
