Dr. Omle was a researcher on board the Joint Nations Space Research Station in 2009. He reported his suspicion of B.O.W. research being conducted in space shortly before a viral outbreak occurred.[1]
He is presumed dead, as there were no survivors on board the station when Mina Gere went to investigate. The station was subsequently destroyed in an explosion, ensuring the deaths of anyone still inside the research station upon its destruction.
