Onyx Stone (Small) is the name of an item that was intended to appear in Resident Evil 4. It was removed from the final game along with "Amethyst Stone (Small)" and two other, unnamed stones (which had been, evidently, removed before their name tags were written) but appeared in the coding of a trial version.
