Guide
In the [1st] scenario, the player must pass through this room in order to go deeper into the west side of the first floor in the Police Station. Later in the playthrough, with the Bolt Cutter acquired, the chained door that leads to the Records Room can be opened, on a table immediately after opening this door is the Detonator which is need to obtain the Maiden Medallion.
In the [2nd] scenario, the Bolt Cutter can be picked up much earlier, which allows the player to get the Maiden Medallion without needing to go through the Waiting Room.
