The Operations conference room (作戦会議室 Sakusen kaigijitsu)[1] is a location featured in Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
Description[]
During the Raccoon City incident the remaining R.P.D. officers used the operations room to take shelter and come up with an effective plan to prevent zombies from entering the building as well as discussing how to escape the precinct if it was overan. It was later abandoned when the officers could no longer keep the zombies out of the northwest corridor.

Resident Evil 2[]
On the top left corner desk, during Leon A and Claire A, the Operation report 1 will be there and during Leon B and Claire B, a pack of H. Gun Bullets will be there.
During Leon B and Claire B, the Operations Report 1 will be on the desk next to the podium.
During Leon A in the JP version, there is another pack of H. Gun Bullets next to the podium, but is in the backroom in the U.S.A. version.
One of the two Virgin Hearts can be found hidden behind the painting in the rear storeroom. The player must use the Lighter on the painting to obtain it.
The only exit leads back to the Conference room corridor.
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis[]
If the player chose to run away from Nemesis outside the front of the police station, Jill can find her S.T.A.R.S. Card here. It is possible that Shotgun Shells may appear on the fireplace if they weren't in the West office.
