Opossum City is a city in the Midwestern United States located in or near Arklay County near Raccoon City and Kant City. Its exact distance from Raccoon City is unknown, but it is known that following the Raccoon City Destruction Incident all communities within a 100-mile radius of the city were abandoned.

- A sign for the city would have been featured in Resident Evil Outbreak File 2, but in the retail version it is replaced with a sign pointing to Guatemala, Mexico and Cuba.
