Osamu Saka (阪 脩 Saka Osamu), born November 7, 1930, is a Japanese voice actor currently represented by Aoni Production.[1] He is known to the Resident Evil franchise for his role in 1998's BIO HAZARD DRAMA ALBUM ~The Doomed Raccoon City~ VOL.1, where he played "Norman", a Raccoon City townsperson who turns into a zombie.[2]
