Osamu Saka (阪 脩, Saka Osamu?), born November 7, 1930, is a Japanese voice actor currently represented by Aoni Production.[1] He is known to the Resident Evil franchise for his role in 1998's BIO HAZARD DRAMA ALBUM ~the fate of raccoon city~ VOL.1, where he played "Norman", a Raccoon City townsperson who turns into a zombie.
