Oswald Spencer was the founder and CEO of the Umbrella Corporation, a large pharmaceutical conglomerate that secretly spent the better half of the twentieth century experimenting with genetically modified pathogens to create weaponized lifeforms. An endeavor that eventually culminated in the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident.[1]
Biography[]
Having already planned out covert research of illegal bioweapons, Spencer arranged for the construction of a mansion on the outskirts of Raccoon City, a recently incorporated city which he could buy the influence of. Spencer lived at the mansion until his death a number of years later, which carefully guarded access to the company's underground laboratory complex.
