Resident Evil: Resistance[]

Oswell E.Spencer is one of the unlockable "Mastermind" in Resident Evil: Resistance, this being the first game in the franchise in which he appears where is playable. He uses Umbrella's technology to harass survivors and as a result, he is weak the uses of creatures or B.O.W.s.
