Parade BGM Tape

Parade BGM is a key item in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2.

PurposeEdit

The Parade BGM is used on the Elephant Stage's control panel to quieten down Oscar. Doing so eliminates the risk of him escaping from his cage.

LocationEdit

It is created in the Elephant Stage by re-writing the Blank Tape.
