Parade BGM is a key item in Resident Evil Outbreak File #2.[1]
Purpose[]
The Parade BGM is used on the Elephant Stage's control panel to quieten down Oscar. Doing so eliminates the risk of him escaping from his cage.
Location[]
It is created in the Elephant Stage by re-writing the Blank Tape.
