Changes: Pass Code 03

Pass Code 03 is a file that can only be found in the Original-format of Resident Evil, and was written-out of the remake-format versions.

In either the original Resident Evil or its remake, the Pass Code 03 can be obtained using a MO Disk inside the Power room passage B.
