David Patrick Seitz is a voice actor known for providing minor voices in the Resident Evil franchise.
Career[]
Seitz initially provided unspecified voices for Resident Evil Outbreak. He was later the voice of "Scarecrow" in Resident Evil: Damnation. He also provided minor enemy voices for Resident Evil 6.[1] He is perhaps best known as the voices of Arthas Menethil, Garrosh Hellscream and many others in the long-running MMO World of Warcraft.
