Paul Georges Mercier is an American voice actor who most notably portrayed the character of Leon S. Kennedy in Resident Evil 4[1][2] and subsequently reprised his role in Resident Evil: Degeneration[3] and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles.[4]
Outside of his role as Leon, he also provided the voice for the Merchant in Resident Evil 4, Bear in the .hack anime and video game series, Jacques Blanc in the English dub of Onimusha 3: Demon Siege, the Alchemist in Prince of Persia as well as Faramir in The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth and The Lord of the Rings: Conquest.
