Pheromone Grenades are a specialised weapons used by Umbrella Security Service operatives to detract attention away from themselves and toward the immediate area of the grenade. These grenades emit pheromones which attract various B.O.W.s (zombies mostly) to their location, allowing the thrower to divert hostiles' attention away from them.
Only Four Eyes and Shona can uses the pheromone grenade using the field scientist class special ability.
