Phil was one of five victims murdered by the Baker family, whose bodies were stored in the basement.
Biography
Phil arrived at Baker's residence some time in 2017 for an unknown reason. The sound that played when pointing the Dummy's Left Hand at the body bag on the slab suggests he was shot. [1]
