The Pier is an area adjacent to Raccoon University, allowing travel from the back square to the B2F passage elevator and the Circular River, and is visited in the Decisions, Decisions scenario of Resident Evil Outbreak.

Guide
Two Neptunes will be wandering around the lake, one of which will attempt to throw the character into the water. If the player isn't quick enough to get back on the pier, the other Neptune will grab the character and devour them.
On HARD and VERY HARD, the Card Key will be found in south end of the pier instead. There's only one special item here, and it's a character-exclusive: Marine Sport Shoes, Jim, paths A and B.
