The Pigeon Blood Ruby is a treasure item in Resident Evil Village.[1] It can be combined with the Necklace with Two Holes and Large Pigeon Blood Ruby to create Dimitrescu's Necklace. It can be sold for 3,000 Lei (itself).

At the south area of East Old Town at The Village 1F, use the crank to open a door. Ascend a ladder, follow the path along the cliff to a rooftop with a red box.
