Police officer B (警官B, keikan B) was a Raccoon City citizen and officer of the Raccoon Police Department. Officer B investigated a 911 call from Nick, a man living in the city's outskirts, who reported monsters had killed his neighbour. Officer B checked the house to find nothing unusual, save for the man missing, and accused Nick of making a drunken hoax call. Officer B was caught up in the Raccoon City Destruction Incident when a modified ε strain contaminated the city's drinking water.
