The President of the United States (POTUS) is an executive office within the US federal government responsible as the Commander-in-Chief of the US military and leader of the nation. Due to time in office limited to 4 years; 8 years if reelected, and the highly political ramifications and aspects of bioterrorism and corporation founded biological warfare, there have been at least four separate US Presidents during the course of the mainstream continuity, as well as others in other parts of the franchise.
- Unnamed (1997-1998) - This President is unnamed, and briefly appears in a news footage montage in Resident Evil: Degeneration showing himself resigning following the Raccoon City Destruction Incident.
- Unnamed President - Elected as Vice President in 1996. Assumed the office following the President's resignation. This man may or may not also be the following.
- Graham - President from at least 2001-2005. Graham led the United States following the 9/11 terror attacks.
- Adam Benford - President from 2009-2013, and 2013 when he was killed.
- Unnamed President - Benford's Vice President assumed the office following the Tall Oaks incident.
